We're seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity Leader with strong strategic and technical skills to support the growth of our expertise and our industrial control systems (ICS) cybersecurity team.

Market development and client engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in OT cybersecurity
- Lead a team of technical professionals
- Represent BBA at industry events, conferences and client meetings to promote our expertise
- Work with internal teams to develop proposals, scopes of work and pricing strategies
- Lead business development efforts to grow our OT cybersecurity consulting services across Ontario
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients in the industrial, energy, mining, and oil and gas sectors
Technical leadership and project delivery
- Lead and perform OT cybersecurity assessments, risk analyses and compliance audits (e.g., NERC CIP, NIST CSF and IEC 62443)
- Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA and other OT environments
- Provide strategic advice on cybersecurity governance, architecture and incident response planning
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate cybersecurity into infrastructure and capital projects

Summary Of Certifications And Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity or a related field
- Over 7 years of OT/ICS cybersecurity experience, with a strong consulting and client-service background
- Proven ability to win and deliver consulting projects in the industrial or infrastructure sectors
- Deep understanding of OT systems, protocols and cybersecurity frameworks
- Excellent communication, presentation and proposal-writing skills
- Knowledge of Ontario's industrial and infrastructure markets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Asset: relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM or IEC 62443
