Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled .NET Backend Developer who embraces Shift-Left Development practices, ensuring quality is built into every stage of the development lifecycle. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong coding discipline, and the ability to work independently without dedicated QA support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using .NET Core/.NET 6+.
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable enterprise applications.
  • Apply Shift-Left principles by writing thorough unit, integration, and API tests during development.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated testing and deployment into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Take ownership of code quality, performance, and security from the start of development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues with minimal supervision.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using Git, JIRA, and CI/CD tools.
