About Us Maxa, an AI-first organization, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Delivery Manager who will strengthen our PMO function while delivering transformative financial and operational insights to our customers.

The impact you'll make

As a Customer Delivery Manager, you'll be at the heart of our customer delivery ecosystem, shaping the future of AI-powered enterprise implementations. You'll have a direct and measurable impact on our clients' transformation journey

You'll bridge the crucial gap between technical delivery and business value by:

  • Leading multiple concurrent implementation projects using our standardized methodology
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives as their trusted transformation advisor
  • Orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver maximum value creation
  • Pioneering the use of LLM tools to revolutionize project delivery workflows

You're the right fit if

  • You master modern PMO frameworks and are passionate about continuous methodology improvement
  • You're experienced with enterprise software implementations and portfolio management
  • You have 8+ years of project management experience with 4+ years focused on data or AI solutions
  • You have a deep understanding of financial and operational business processes
  • You can translate complex technical concepts into business value for executives
  • You communicate confidently with C-level stakeholders, in both English and French
  • You're adaptable and thrive on solving complex implementation challenges
  • You have HIGH ENERGY
