Job Summary

The Procurement & Supply Chain Associate at PureOyl Healthcare supports end-to-end procurement, sourcing, and inbound logistics activities to ensure uninterrupted supply of high-quality materials. This role is responsible for managing demand requirements, supplier coordination, purchase order processing, and logistics execution while ensuring compliance with quality, inventory, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in regulated or ingredient-based supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

  • Understand and track ongoing demand requirements for assigned products to ensure adequate supply aligned with inventory and procurement policies
  • Request and evaluate supplier quotes, selecting vendors based on pricing, lead time, quality, and supporting documentation
  • Engage assigned suppliers to request pre-purchase samples and coordinate sample testing and approval with the Quality Assurance (QA) team
  • Prepare product samples for evaluation and perform initial testing prior to QA review
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers and maintain accurate procurement and purchasing records
  • Process and manage purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Update supplier lead times promptly in the system to support accurate planning and forecasting

Supply Chain & Logistics

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across multiple transportation modes, including sea, air, rail, and road
  • Collaborate with customs brokers to manage import and export shipments, including documentation, compliance requirements, and associated costs
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with receiving, inventory, warehouse, and QA teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely inspection
  • Track shipments, proactively address delays, and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, QA, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to support production schedules and special order requirements
  • Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning based on sales trends and operational needs

Quality, Compliance & Sustainability

  • Ensure all procured materials meet PureOyl Healthcare's quality, regulatory, and compliance standards
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory reviews
  • Support sustainable and ethical sourcing initiatives aligned with company values

Data & Systems

  • Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and supplier records in ERP or purchasing systems
  • Prepare reports related to lead times, supplier performance, inventory status, and purchasing activity

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations
  • Experience processing purchase orders and managing supplier communications
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems
  • Effective communication and coordination skills

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, nutraceutical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or ingredient-based industries
  • Familiarity with customs brokerage, import/export documentation, and international logistics
  • Experience working with QA teams and product sampling/testing processes
  • Interest in sustainable sourcing and continuous supply chain improvement
