Positions may be based out of our Company Headquarters in Smithers, BC, our Branch Location in Saskatoon, SK, or at mineral exploration drill sites across Canada and the United States. Depending on the role, you can expect to work in a variety of environments—from a professional office setting with occasional travel, to a hands-on shop environment that includes working outdoors in all weather conditions, or remote field locations such as the rugged mountains of BC, the forests of Northern Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario, or underground mines in the Yukon.

For shop and office positions, standard working hours typically range from 6:00AM - 2:30PM to 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. During peak periods, availability may be needed after hours or on weekends. Field operations roles generally follow a rotational schedule of 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
