· Job Description

  • Business Managers are responsible for the financing and/or leasing of new or used vehicles to existing or new customers. They are expected to meet monthly gross profit targets on a consistent basis. Business Managers thoroughly explain and sell OEM & aftermarket products and extended service contracts. Managers work collectively with the sales team to meet or exceed SSI, sales satisfaction objectives.

  • The ability to thoroughly explain and sell extended service contracts.

  • Maintains a high percentage level of service contract penetration.
  • Consistently hits volume and high Gross Profit targets.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of financing versus paying cash
  • Sell dealer financing and credit life, accident and health insurance
  • Strong organizational skills & detailed oriented.
  • Submits financing deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
  • Process all federal, provincial and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions in a timely efficient matter and reviews all paperwork for correct information, taxes, and fees.
  • Maintains a positive attitude at all times.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • 3-5 years minimum experience as an F & I Manager
  • Reynolds & Reynolds, Ignite, would be an asset.
  • Chrysler dealership experience a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • A detailed oriented individual.
  • Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion.
