Nu Image is hiring a Sidewalk Crew Leader to support our snow operations for the remainder of the winter season. This is a working leadership role for someone who leads from the front, takes ownership of their crew, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to standard.

This position is ideal for someone with snow removal experience who understands the demands of winter operations and can be relied on when conditions are challenging.

Role Overview – Sidewalk Crew Leader

  • Lead and work alongside a sidewalk crew during snow events
  • Clear sidewalks, entrances, and walkways using shovels and snow blowers
  • Apply salt or de-icer as required
  • Ensure assigned sites are serviced properly and safely
  • Maintain quality control and attention to detail on all properties
  • Communicate with operations management regarding site conditions, issues, or delays
  • Ensure crew members follow safety procedures and company expectations
  • Support other winter or operational tasks as required

This is a hands-on role. Crew Leaders are expected to be actively working, not supervising from the sidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in snow removal or sidewalk operations
  • Ability to lead by example and keep a crew focused and productive
  • Valid, clean driver's license (required)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability for on-call shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically able to perform demanding outdoor work in winter conditions
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in clean results
  • Dependable, punctual, and accountable
  • Comfortable communicating with management and directing crew members
  • Willingness to assist with other operational needs as required

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
