Commission-Based Sales Representative

Kingston Cleaning Company – Kingston, ON

Schedule: Flexible

Location: Kingston & surrounding area (remote + field sales)

About Us

Kingston Cleaning Company is a growing local business providing high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Kingston and surrounding areas. We are expanding and looking for a driven Sales Representative to help bring in new residential and commercial clients.

Compensation (Commission-Based)

This role is 100% commission, with strong earning potential:

Residential Cleaning

  • $25 per qualified lead/quote
  • $50 if the job is secured for on going maintenance cleans
  • 10-20% of one time job (deep cleans / move in /out / pre-listing cleans)

Commercial Cleaning

  • $50 per qualified lead/quote
  • $100 if the job is secured

Larger Commercial / Contract / Post-Construction Cleaning

  • 5–15% commission on contract value (based on size and scope)

The more you sell, the more you earn — no cap on commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new residential and commercial leads
  • Reach out to property managers, businesses, homeowners, and contractors
  • Set up quotes and walk-throughs
  • Follow up with potential clients to close deals
  • Represent Kingston Cleaning Company professionally and confidently

Ideal Candidate

  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Comfortable with commission-based pay
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Sales experience is an asset (but not required)
  • Experience in cleaning, construction, real estate, or property management is a bonus
  • Able to work independently with flexible hours
