Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Employees to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. You will play a crucial part in the overall dining experience, from taking orders to serving food and maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve food on grill and beverages while adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including tables, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for order totals.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed during shifts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating order totals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food service operations.
