Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide work and teams onsite.
  • Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process
  • Manage subcontractors and labor teams, providing guidance and supervision to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues promptly and efficiently

Qualifications

  • Proven experience within the construction industry
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety standards on construction sites
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
