Trillium Health Partners (THP) is one of the largest community-based acute care facilities in Canada. Comprised of the Credit Valley Hospital, the Mississauga Hospital and the Queensway Health Centre, Trillium Health Partners serves the growing and diverse populations of Mississauga, West Toronto and surrounding communities and is a teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Toronto.

Our Vision: A New Kind of Health Care for a Healthier Community

Better Care. Better Health. Better Together.

When we set out to build our vision and future, we connected with our community - patients, families, visitors, physicians, staff, and volunteers. The foundational goals of our new strategic plan – population health, health equity, patient & caregiver experience, team experience and value - anchor everything we do. Our mission for a new kind of health care is built on an inter-connected system of care organized around patients - inside and outside the hospital.

Our plan is rooted in a deep understanding of people and communities, guided by a population health approach. We know that supportive environments, housing, food, social connection, and education all shape health. By embracing this broader view, we partner to advance prevention, chronic disease management, and the determinants of health that strengthen community well-being. Our plan begins here – with the needs of people – because the future of health care must be built together, with and within the community. If you are passionate about what you do, motivated to improve the health of the community, committed to excellence, quality, and patient safety we would like you to join our Better Together team

A key enabler to THP's strategic plan is data and analytics. The Performance and Business Intelligence portfolio, in collaboration with teams across THP, will design, architect, govern and deploy high quality data and analytics, to support strategic performance insights and planning to enable THP's mission of 'A New Kind of Health Care for a Healthier Community'. Building upon several key achievements, this portfolio will continue to advance the development of an enterprise health data strategy and roadmap.  The Performance and Business Intelligence portfolio is made up of Performance Analytics and Case Costing, the Business Planning Office, and the Business Intelligence Department.  The Clinical Systems and Informatics portfolio is made up of our Epic applications and training teams focusing on the support and continued growth of our Epic platform, our clinical operating platform, the Clinical Enterprise Data Warehouse (Cogito), and Clinical Informatics which supports all clinical applications across THP.

Reporting into both the EVP/Performance & Planning-Chief Information & Analytics Officer and the VP of Clinical Systems and Informatics, the Business Intelligence department's mandate is to plan, build, implement, and govern exceptional data infrastructure and solutions that are efficient, sustainable, and secure. We are advocates of data governance industry best practices (inclusive of data literacy, data quality, and data management) while providing reporting and analytics, and data visualization for our progressive enterprise.
