Our Technology practice group is looking for a talented, focused, results-oriented Sr. Associate to join us

Our
Senior Associates
work in a team environment and have the responsibility of generating recruitment opportunities for your respective practice area and furthering the brand awareness and service offering of Robert Half.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Recruitment

  • Ensuring a diverse and inclusive pipeline of candidates are generated by your team, for your market, using innovative methods
  • Developing non-biased candidate communities
  • Proactively marketing candidates, internally to your colleagues and externally to clients
  • Driving candidate data integrity in Salesforce
  • Overseeing and advising on the delivery of an exemplary candidate experience

Qualifications:

  • Information systems or related degree preferred.
  • 3+ years experience working in an IT-related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience with recruitment experience in a Metrics Driven environment.
  • Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce).
  • Knowledge and familiarity with technology department operations.
  • Positive attitude and an engaging business-like approach.
