Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.Accountant, NBS AR IntegrityWhat You'll DoReconcile daily bank accounts and resolve payment variances across multiple ERPs, sources, and systems.Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, strengthen controls, and support governance requirements.Partner with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and cohesive execution.Follow established processes to deliver accurate and timely services to Nutrien Leadership teams.Perform root cause analysis on recurring exceptions and recommend process, automation, or system improvements.Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for efficiency and automation.Engage with stakeholders and technical teams to clarify and document requirements.Support Internal and External Audit requests.Month-End Close.Prepare monthly reporting and reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts in line with close timelines.Submit and post journal entries as required.Accounts Receivable Oversight.Coordinate with IT, branches, credit, and collections teams to resolve AR system and account issues.Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve EFT or GL assignment issues in collaboration with the AR Cash Application team.Participate in UAT and regression testing for AR-related systems and processes.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in accounting or finance.Minimum two years of experience in accounting.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet multiple deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong team player.Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and business ethics.Experience working with offshore or shared service teams is an asset.Solid understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.Intermediate Excel skills required; Power Query and Power BI are a plus.SAP S/4HANA.BlackLine reconciliation software.Microsoft Office Suite.Ready to make an impact with us?
