What You'll Do

Lead with Purpose

  • Inspire and motivate a multi-store team to achieve sales goals and through strong activation of visual merchandising and marketing and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Lead with strong leadership by demonstrating energy, enthusiasm, and genuine connection with customers and teams to deliver exceptional sales results.
  • Empower Store Managers to drive consistent results through coaching, accountability, and effective selling techniques.
  • Use data to analyze sales trends and take action to improve performance across the district.

Develop Great Team Spirit

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop top retail talent while building strong succession pipelines across the district.
  • Conduct regular talent reviews and deliver coaching plans to maximize growth, retention, engagement and results.
  • Foster a supportive culture that values learning, collaboration, and individual contribution to the business.
  • Partner with HR and Regional Manager to address employee relations matters.

Drive Financial Results

  • Manage operational budgets and payroll to support district targets.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, inventory control and shrinkage and to ensure protection of company assets.
  • Work creatively and strategically to manage costs, improve efficiencies, and maximize sales and controllables across your district.

Champion Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all stores meet company standards in visual presentation, merchandising, and operational compliance.
  • Implement event and promotional plans that maximize sales targets and enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure store maintenance and repairs across the district meet health and safety standards.
  • Uphold and champion The Body Shop's ethical, sustainability, and brand standards by ensuring every store consistently reflects our purpose‑led values in operations, customer experience, and visual identity.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-store retail management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and developing high-performance teams.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Beauty retail experience an asset
  • Able to adapt quickly and effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
  • This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel across your district that includes overnight stays; candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
