Job Overview

We are a growing short-term rental (Airbnb) management company looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals or small cleaning teams who take pride in their work and understand the importance of cleanliness and presentation in hospitality.

Our properties must be cleaned to hotel-level standards between guest stays.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full turnover cleans between guest check-out and check-in
  • Bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors)
  • Kitchens (countertops, appliances, dishes if left)
  • Bedrooms and living areas
  • Change and launder bed linens and towels (or prepare for pickup/drop-off if applicable)
  • Make beds neatly and stage the unit for incoming guests
  • Vacuum, mop, and dust all areas
  • Remove garbage and replace liners
  • Refill basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. if provided)
  • Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues immediately
  • Ensure the property is guest-ready and photo-ready after each clean

Requirements

  • Vehicle Required
  • Previous cleaning experience (Airbnb, hotel, or residential preferred)
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation (properties are in different locations)
  • Ability to work independently and follow a cleaning checklist
  • Availability between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (typical Airbnb turnover window)
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays (high demand days)
  • Smartphone with WhatsApp/text for scheduling and communication
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
