Overview

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker Forklift Operator, where your energy and expertise will drive operational excellence We are looking to fill THREE different shifts, see bottom for more information. These positions offer an exciting opportunity to utilize your forklift skills and warehouse experience to contribute to a thriving logistics operation.

Responsibilities

  • Operating forklifts: Safely and proficiently operate forklifts, Single Reach, Double Reach and Sit Down within warehouse environments to load, unload, stack, and move materials.
  • Environment: Operation are mainly within the temperature ranges of minus 2 Celsius and plus 10 Celsius, Occasionally we have Minus 18 operations.
  • Inventory management: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management, including labeling, sorting, and tracking incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Safety protocols: Adhere to strict safety protocols and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Food Safe Protocols: Adhere to our CFIA, HACCP operational Standards
  • Equipment maintenance: Following the Day to day reporting of Equipment operation and maintain a Clean Equipment.
  • Physical counts: Perform physical counts and pick orders, working collaboratively with the team on general upkeep work.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team on all general upkeep work and collaborate with other departments as needed.

These responsibilities are essential for maximizing the warehouse workflow and ensuring the smooth operation of the cooler warehouse.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations with a focus on distribution, order picking, or shipping & receiving
  • Valid forklift certification
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory control procedures
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Night Shift: 11 PM to 7 AM- Starting wage 21.00 per hour to 25.00 per hour based on experience and role on the shift

Day Shift: 10 AM to 6 PM - Starting wage 20.00 per hour to 24.00 per hour based on experience and role on the shift

Night Shift Lead - Salary to be determined based on experience.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
