  • Taking orders on a POS system

  • Prepare ingredients ahead of service, including chopping, portioning, and organizing

  • Cook and assemble menu items while following ChaiStop's beloved recipes with precision

  • Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens, and grills safely and efficiently

  • Ensure proper storage and handling of hot and cold foods and ingredients

  • Maintain high standards of food presentation and consistency

  • Minimize food waste through proper portioning, labeling, and stock rotation

  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitary throughout each shift

  • Assist with dishwashing and end-of-shift kitchen cleanup

  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Food Handling Certification

  • Following health and safety guidelines

  • Strong customer service skills to take orders and serve customers

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes exactly

  • Standing for extensive periods

  • Initiative to prepare tasks ahead of time and stay organized during service

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

  • Willingness to learn and take direction
