Role: Lead Marketing Manager
Role Overview
Lead the execution of a large-scale marketing campaign to elevate the Lawn & Ladder brand online and offline. Manage social media content, paid advertising, and lead generation strategies to drive revenue for the Blue, Green, and Red crews.
Requirements
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and trends.
Experience with content creation (filming, video editing, photography) and graphic design (Canva or Adobe).
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO basics, Meta Business Suite) is an asset.
Highly organized and able to plan content calendars weeks in advance.
Access to a reliable vehicle to visit job sites for filming and photography.
Own a high-quality smartphone or camera for capturing content.
Key Duties
Plan and execute weekly content schedules for Instagram and TikTok to increase brand visibility.
Build and manage a professional photo/video library of our crews and before/after project results.
Oversee and optimize the Google Business Profile, including posts and review management.
Design and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook) to drive leads for seasonal services.
Write and send email newsletters to existing clients to drive upsells and service bundles.
Assist with website updates and SEO tasks to maximize organic search traffic.
Create seasonal promotional materials (flyers, lawn signs) for spring cleanups and other services.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
