The club is open to the public as well as members and boasts the best waterfront patio view in the area. In addition to its golf offerings, the club features a full-service dining room, providing exceptional food and service for guests. Role Description
This is a full-time seasonal position for an Experienced Line Cook at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Golf Club. The role is on-site in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, ensuring quality food presentation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, and collaborating with the kitchen team to provide an excellent dining experience. The role involves maintaining food safety standards and ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and working with a variety of kitchen equipment
Strong organization and time management skills to perform in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness requirements
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
Relevant culinary training or certifications are a plus
Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar role is required
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
