HVAC Refrigeration Technician/Associate

Join the dynamic team of one of the leading Custom-Built Central Air Conditioning and
Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturers in Cambridge, Ontario.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, assemble, and service HVAC and refrigeration systems used in industrial and commercial air handling units.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct system diagnostics, perform preventative maintenance, and resolve mechanical or electrical issues.
  • Handle refrigerants in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with engineering and production teams during system integration and testing.
  • Maintain detailed service and repair records.
  • Follow all company safety and quality standards.

Skills/Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC or refrigeration system installation and service.
  • HVAC Certification or Trade License (313A Asset).
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and mechanical layouts in HVAC applications.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
  • Willingness to relocate closer to the workplace and start on short notice.
