The Global Transformation Delivery team is a fast-paced and dynamic group that provides governance and oversite over the enterprise book of work.

Reporting to the Global Lead of Transformation Delivery, the Director of Transformation Delivery will lead enterprise-wide policy and planning activities that enable effective strategy execution. This role is responsible for partnering with Global Finance and Strategy teams to shape the annual enterprise Book of Work and integrate it into the financial planning cycle; owning and continuously enhancing the Global Initiative Management Policy to strengthen governance; and managing a small development team that supports the Global Initiatives App (GIA). The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships, apply sound financial judgment, and distill complex issues into clear, concise, and actionable insights for leadership decision-making.

Position Responsibilities

  • Annual Book of Work Planning Process

    • Partner with Global Finance and Strategy teams to establish annual SFP budget envelopes that support the proposed Book of Work while ensuring disciplined financial management.

    • Lead and facilitate cross‑functional interlock sessions to drive alignment on initiative prioritization, resourcing requirements, and funding allocations.

    • Develop materials for the ELT and Board summarizing enterprise BoW investment, key outcomes, and overall portfolio performance.

  • Global Initiative Management Policy Ownership

    • Own the Global Initiative Management Policy and serve as a subject-matter expert, advising global strategy partners on applying the Policy to effectively manage their Book of Work.

    • Collaborate with strategy partners to identify governance improvement opportunities and implement policy updates that strengthen enterprise oversight.

    • Manage the Global Transformation Delivery Portal, ensuring all content is clear, comprehensive, and aligned with the most current version of the Policy.

  • Global Initiatives App Maintenance

    • Lead a small development team responsible for ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the Global Initiatives App—the primary enterprise reporting tool for the Book of Work.

    • Work with strategy partners to identify enhancement opportunities, prioritize the product backlog, and support requirements gathering, testing, and release planning.

    • Execute the Global Initiatives App roadmap to continuously improve functionality, usability, and data integrity.

  • Support other various activities on the Transformation Delivery Team such as:

    • Respond to inquiries from Strategy stakeholders and provide insights on initiative governance and delivery best practices.

    • Support development of the junior members of the Transformation Delivery Team.

    • Contribute to monthly ODF ELT reporting and Transformation Committee reviews as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Generally an advanced degree in a quantitative field

  • 10 years experience or a combination of education and experience

  • Creative & entrepreneurial thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo to drive significant change

  • Able to review trend information to identify early indictors of risk or issues

  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle for multiple lines of business.

  • Understands and leverages industry trends

  • Strong ability to adapt to change within emerging technologies and demonstrate a clear understanding of impacts of change

  • Understands technology concepts and is able to convey those simply to audience actively collaborates to create ways to lead change

  • Prior experience in management consulting

  • Able to engage with senior executives

  • Demonstrates agility and ability to quickly shift priorities

  • Strong internal network at all levels of the organization

Salary range is expected to be between

$125,100.00 CAD - $175,100.00 CAD
