About the role:

Clutch is seeking a Manager, Strategic Finance to drive financial modelling, analytics, and insight generation for senior leaders and strategic initiatives. You will own the corporate model, deliver actionable analyses, and support fundraising and capital-market activities. This is a high-impact role for someone with strong analytical skills, ownership mentality, and a passion for improving processes and business insights.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain and update the corporate financial model, building scenario and sensitivity dashboards.

  • Produce monthly business-review decks and departmental scorecards.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on strategic projects, unit economics, market sizing, and other business-critical areas.

  • Extract and reconcile data from Snowflake/Looker to the general ledger, automating reporting where possible.

  • Support fundraising activities, including financial modeling, investor meeting prep, due diligence, and lender covenant tracking.

  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions and strategy.

What we're looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience as an IB/PE analyst/associate or FP&A analyst in a growth company.

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (10/10) and comfort with other data systems such as Looker or Metabase.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, structured thinking, and ownership mentality.

  • Proven ability to build, maintain, and improve financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Strong analytical curiosity and ability to ask the right questions to optimize business performance.

  • Experience supporting strategic decision-making and cross-functional initiatives.

It'd be great if you have:

  • Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or capital-markets preparation.

  • Experience in high-growth environments with multi-functional operations (ecommerce, manufacturing, fintech).

Why you'll love it at Clutch:

  • Ownership — you control the financial model that drives every strategic decision.

  • Exposure — work directly with the CFO, Director, and cross-functional executives.

  • Growth path — clear runway to Senior Manager or Associate Director as the organization scales.

  • Operational depth — sit at the intersection of ecommerce, manufacturing, and fintech.

  • Competitive package — market-rate cash, meaningful equity, full benefits, and more.

Employment Type:
New, Permanent Full-Time

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 annually

  • Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, dental, vision, prescriptions, life insurance, and dependent coverage; starting from day 1.

  • Pay decisions reflect skills, performance, market benchmarking, responsibilities, and working conditions.
