You'll be supporting complex industrial automation systems by investigating issues, validating

  • Integrate and commission robot applications using our key partner technologies (Fanuc, Universal Robots, ABB), including programming, safety configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Support advanced escalations: Own and resolve complex support cases, ensuring fast turnaround and clear communication.
  • Participate in client discussions, in collaboration with Sales and the Customer Success Managers, to identify the best-fit solutions and deployment strategies.
  • Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for new hardware and software releases to ensure readiness and functionality before rollout.
  • Maintain and improve technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and technical FAQs, to enable self-service and reduce repetitive tickets.
  • Manage and contribute to the support system (Zendesk) by owning incoming tickets, prioritizing effectively, and improving internal workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and QA by sharing field insights, contributing to feature feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior Integration Specialists, helping them grow in communication, ownership, and technical depth.

  • A plus if you know how to work with robot programming (Fanuc,UR, ABB) Strong communicator who can explain complex technical concepts clearly to clients, teammates, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experienced in programming (Python) and troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and software layers.
  • Familiar with post-sales client environments and comfortable owning support relationships with high-value enterprise clients.
  • Willing to travel for on-site deployment and troubleshooting as needed. Fluent in English; French, Spanish is a strong asset.

Qualifications:
