Join Western Ag Systems as a Electrician/Service Technician and become the go-to expert for ventilation management controls in intensive livestock facilities

Modern Farms run on smart climate control systems that control all facets of the facility; Fans, Inlets, Sensors all automated to provide precise temperature, air flow and overall animal comfort and as part of the Western Ag Systems team you'll have the be the bridge between technology and barn keeping them smart, healthy, efficient and productive.

This isn't your typical wrench-turning job, you'll be keeping high-tech systems running and farmers thriving.

What you'll Do

  • Configure and Monitor automated barn climate and ventilation software
  • Install and Service high tech fans, curtains, sensors and controllers
  • Troubleshoot and Repair mechanical, electrical, software and network issues
  • Analyze data and optimize performance to improve herd comfort and farm efficiency
  • Train farms on system use, software dashboard and preventative maintenance
  • Stay Ahead with new technology updates and smart farm

What you Bring

  • Experience in computer systems, networking, or automation
  • Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable working hands-on in farming environments
  • Valid Driver's license and readiness to travel to local farms
  • Tech savvy problem solving skills ready to learn the latest agricultural technology solutions
