We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our customers' homes. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior residential cleaning experience is essential, along with a valid driving licence and the ability to build great rapport with customers.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms and living areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled hours.
  • Lifting of supplies or equipment may be required; proper safety procedures must be followed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report issues or risks.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness to meet client expectations and health standards.

Experience

  • At least one year's previous residential cleaning experience is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills are also essential.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with team members.
  • Experience in physical tasks associated with cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean and safe environment while developing valuable skills in cleaning and hygiene services.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
