New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in building and designing solutions and workflows using low-code platforms, specifically Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate (Power Flows). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of connector architecture, both standard and premium, and be able to provide practical guidance on when to use each. Experience with SharePoint Online and its integration within the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including OneDrive and Teams, is a significant asset. The role also requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage a systematic approach to the business requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Develop business solutions that are manageable, sustainable and strategically minded.
  • Create test plans, QA Automated Scripting, Azure DevOps repositories and pipelines to aid with implementation.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot issue that may occur with new and existing Power Apps and Power Automate Flow.
  • Effectively translate business requirements to User Stories and Test Scenarios and Cases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing Web applications including:
  • Experience in Power Platform App and Flow design and development.
  • Experience in the intricacies of Power Platform connectors with varying backend integrations.
  • Understanding of licensing models to optimize Power platform architecture and usage.
  • Experience in SharePoint Architecture and development administration, data migration and relational database and systems management.
  • Experience in the use of migration tools (such as ShareGate, XRM Toolbox).
  • Experience in the use of SharePoint Online (cloud version of SharePoint) and how solutions created in that product interact with other products in the Microsoft ecosystem (One Drive, MS Teams, etc.).
  • 5+ years experience organizing and communicating training and technical support to technical and business clients.
  • Experience with business analysis and client requirements gathering.
  • Proficient in converting requirements to solution design.
