You As a Compensation Analyst Will
- Support with the Corporate Annual Compensation process including merit adjustments and profit-sharing program
- Participate in the administration of the Annual Shares program
- Assist with compiling data for salary surveys, completing data analysis and drafting responses
- Contribute in compensation analysis using internal and market data
- Participate in the EllisDon Pay Equity program including maintaining job descriptions
- Completing job evaluations
- Leading the new title creation process
- Support the implementation of new and existing total rewards programs including data collection, data analysis, developing tools and resources
- Develop training material and facilitation of sessions for internal stake holders
- Support with internal communications of program roll-outs
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders
Is this the right role for you?
- You have an undergraduate degree, preferably in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Compensation or Total Rewards, with demonstrated hands-on experience in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and job evaluation
- Knowledge of Total Rewards including compensation, pay equity and profit sharing programs
- Knowledge in data analytics with advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables and IF statements)
- Knowledge of federal and provincial legislation including but not limited to pay equity, leaves of absences, and compensation
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability handle multiple priorities.
