Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential business clients from traffic within the Costco store located at 4077 portage Ave at West perimeter (Headingly, MB).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to engage with prospects effectively. Fluency in English is mandatory. This position offers requires an outgoing personality who is able to represent both Costco and Weather Tech Heating & Cooling in a professional manner.

This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to leverage their sales expertise operating a kiosk at the new Costco installations isle engaging with each customer passing by and informing them of our services and the benefits to purchasing through Costco Wholesale.

Individuals will be expected to work no more than 5 hour shifts and would be required to have a valid drivers license with means to arrive at their scheduled shifts on time as there are currently no bus routes to this location.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.22-$24.74 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
