Their capabilities span concept design, CNC machining, fabrication, welding, painting, assembly, and testing.

They are seeking a skilled and motivated CWB Certified Welder Journeyman to join their team. In this key role, you will perform high-quality welding tasks while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, team-focused individual with strong blueprint reading skills and a commitment to precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of welding techniques on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards;
  • Inspect welds to guarantee structural integrity and adherence to technical specifications;
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards;
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe welding area to enhance safety and productivity;
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize welding processes.

Requirements
  • Red Seal Welder and CWB certified (required).
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on welding experience.
  • Proven ability to maintain high-quality standards in all welding tasks.
  • Strong commitment to safety and precision in workmanship.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
