We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results-driven
Regional Sales Manager
to oversee our Eastern Canada territory, based in the
Montréal metropolitan area
. This role is instrumental in driving growth across our HVAC and plumbing product lines through strategic partnerships with distributors, mechanical contractors, and independent manufacturers' representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand RectorSeal's market presence in Eastern Canada, with a focus on Québec and the Maritime provinces
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale distributors, contractor firms, and rep agencies
- Represent RectorSeal with professionalism and integrity, aligned with our core values
- Train, support, and motivate a regional network of independent sales representatives
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners
- Generate product demand through direct engagement with key mechanical contractors
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of sales experience in HVAC and/or plumbing products
- Proven experience working with wholesale distribution, contractor firms, or rep agencies
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) for regular communication with Ontario and/or U.S. customers
- Willingness to travel overnight at least 50% within Québec, with additional travel to the Maritimes as needed
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical products effectively
- Demonstrated ability to drive new business and manage regional sales initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in engineering, business, or technical trades
- Experience launching new products and building market demand
Compensation: RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors. The target salary range for this exempt opportunity is $120,000 - $130,000 CAD plus incentives.
