Job Overview

We are seeking two passionate and dedicated French and Spanish Teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in language instruction, with experience working with children and familiarity with early childhood education. This role involves helping students develop their French and Spanish spoken language skills, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting diverse learning needs. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' linguistic and cultural development while working in a collaborative and supportive setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive French language lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels
  • Create engaging, interactive activities that promote speaking, listening, skills in French and Spanish
  • Maintain classroom organization, ensure safety, and foster an inclusive environment for all learners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum plans aligned with educational standards
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities
  • Proofread instructional materials for accuracy and clarity

Experience

  • Prior classroom experience teaching French or other languages is preferred
  • Experience working with children in early childhood education or elementary settings is highly desirable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 per week
