Production Staff - Warehouse Associate
Positive by nature, high energy, creative and enjoy working within a team. You are detail oriented and focused, and have a solid background in inventory management, production and hands-on work.
In this role, you will:
- Follow detailed, step-by-step manufacturing procedures to produce high-quality composite materials.
- Recommend process changes to improve material quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Careful inspection and quality control of raw materials and finished goods.
- Aid in managing WIP and finished good inventory.
- Pick, pack and fulfill sales orders.
- Physically capable of heavy lifting. Frequently up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks on a daily basis.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in shipping, food prep, assembly, general labor or production of any sort.
- Can repeat a very specific process effectively, carefully, meaningfully and with a great eye to detail, ensuring a top quality finished product. Our raw materials are expensive, our customers demanding - this challenge should excite you.
- Can deal with simple spreadsheets.
- Can work in a shift; example 10am to 6pm. Flexibility is an asset.
Bonus experience and skills:

- Repetitive tasks;
- Detail-oriented.
