Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a
Trainee - Insurance Advisor
at our
Tofino, BC
location. Do you love to provide exceptional client service? If so, you will love working for Westland We are looking for a career-minded individual who is focused on growing their career in insurance.

Expected Compensation:
The hourly rate for this role is $22.75 on a 35-hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement.

Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing. As a Trainee you will:

• Have your licensing costs covered by Westland
• Be provided with a training plan to ensure you're fully supported throughout the six-week training period and beyond

Trainee - Insurance Advisor
