Role description:

We are seeking a capable and driven Digital EHS&S Project Manager to lead and support the implementation of EHS&S software platforms such as Intelex, Enablon, or Cority. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in digital EHS&S transformation who is ready to take ownership of projects and collaborate ac­­­ross teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Role accountabilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) software implementation projects, which may vary in size and complexity and include managed service engagements. 

This role involves close collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather business and technical requirements, and to ensure the configuration of solutions that effectively address client needs. The candidate will lead workshops and training sessions and facilitate user acceptance testing to promote successful adoption and integration of solutions.

Throughout each project, the candidate will monitor progress, proactively manage risks, and ensure that all activities remain aligned with overarching business objectives. The role also includes supporting data migration efforts, system integration activities, and optimization of solutions following launch. In addition to project delivery, the candidate will contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of digital strategies.

Business development is an integral aspect of this position; the candidate will drive client engagement and contribute to account growth through the expansion of solutions and services. They will also lead and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. 

The candidate will provide mentorship and guidance to other team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and capability development within the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in EHS&S project management, software implementation, or digital transformation.
  • Experience with Intelex, Enablon, or Cority is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of EHS&S processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is an asset.

The salary range for this position is $89,600-134,400. The base salary represents Arcadis' hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
