Job Description
RCM Technology Support:
RCM Change Request Site

  • End to end monitoring and maintenance of the RCM Change Request Site in collaboration with RCM Governance, and accurate completion of all change requests in a timely manner

RCM Technology Mailbox

  • End to end stakeholder support to resolve RegComp related technical queries

Production Incident Tickets via SERVICENow

  • End to end RCM business support by liasing with Archer Production Support and the internal RCM team to raise incident tickets via the SERVICEnow application to maintain the integrity of the RegComp platform at all times

Data Analytics and data management

  • Monthly data/statistical analysis and adhoc reporting where required
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy and completeness of RCM data across platforms globally

RCM Technology documentation

  • Maintain business technical RCM documentation, prepare communicatios/emailers, ensure technical documentation on the RCM Change request site and RCM Connect are accurate, relevant and up to date

RegComp Production Releases

  • OAT/Production environment User Access Testing; Pre-and post implementation validation through accurate reporting where required (Ex. Norton Rose feeds, Change request data imports and feeds)

Project Manager Support

  • Supporting the project manager with technical queries, investigations and root cause analysis where required

Privacy Technology Support:

  • Provide Privacy business support for PARA/PIRT
  • Mailbox monitoring
  • Raising Production Incidents through SERVICENow
  • Data Analytics and reporting
  • PARA/PIRT Documentation
  • PARA/PIRT myMarketPlace submissions
  • Access administration for PARA/PIRT
  • Management of AD groups for PIRT/PIRT-DSAR/PARA/SRMA

Support annual confirmation of PIRT/PIRT-DSAR?PARA/SRMA users
