Westcan is currently hiring experienced Class 1 truck drivers to support its growing dry bulk and fuel operations. These roles focus on hauling dry bulk commodities using hopper trailers and transporting fuel using Super B tankers.

For the dry bulk role, drivers work Monday to Friday schedule and sleep in the truck bunk for 4 nights each week. For the fuel hauling role, drivers follow a rotating night schedule of 5 nights on and 2 days off, followed by 5 nights on and 3 days off.

What You Bring

  • Safety conscious approach to all job duties
  • 3 years of commercial highway driving experience
  • Fluid/dry bulk hauling experience
  • Willing to work nights & weekends
  • Willing to sleep in the truck, if needed
Total Compensation

The wage is $29/hr base plus a $2.35/hr night shift premium (for applicable hours), with training pay at $27.55/hr and $300 for on-road resets.
