Top Hand Supplies, a locally owned raw pet food and treat manufacturer in Cranbrook, BC, is looking for a dependable and hard-working Warehouse Shipper/Receiver to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and preparing products for distribution. We're seeking a team player who is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments
  • Sort and stock inventory in designated locations
  • Pick and prepare customer orders for shipping
  • Load and unload pallets and boxes safely and efficiently
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Assist with inventory counts when needed
  • Work with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Working Conditions

  • Cold, wet, and humid environments (freezers & coolers)
  • Physically demanding work (standing, lifting, walking on concrete or wet surfaces)
  • Fast-paced, team-driven warehouse setting
  • Working directly with pallets, stocking boxes, freezers and palletizing

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience is an asset
  • Forklift certification is an advantage but not required (training can be provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
  • Comfortable working in cold environments and handling raw food products
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Must have valid Class 5 driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.88 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
