JOB SUMMARY

The Dishwasher is an important part of the kitchen team. This role involves cleaning dishes, utensils, and equipment, helping with food preparation, and keeping the kitchen organized. The Dishwasher supports cooks and servers to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with basic food prep and kitchen organization.
• Receive, unpack, and store products properly.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Help with catering and special events when needed.
• Follow health and safety rules.

Shift Times:

Dishwasher positions are scheduled across multiple shifts. While the current shift structure is outlined below, please note that it may be adjusted based on operational needs. Applicants must be available to work a combination of the following shifts:

• Morning Shifts
• Weekdays (Mon-Fri): 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Weekends (Sat-Sun): 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evening Shifts:
• Weekdays (Mon-Fri): 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Weekends (Sat-Sun): 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Shifts may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays, based on restaurant needs. Please indicate your availability for shifts in your application.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must be/have:

• Strong work ethic and ability to complete repetitive tasks.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move quickly in a busy environment.
• Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts. You can indicate your shift availability—whether it's full-time, part-time, or just once in awhile when applying.

Preference may be given to candidates with the following:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting.
