In this role, you are a key link between our construction site and the office. You'll be responsible for the timely delivery and administration of project documents (tender management, contracts and change orders, shop and project drawings, etc.) and will provide support from the start of construction through to occupancy and project completion. This role is based at a concrete tower site in Burnaby with frequent travel to our head office in Vancouver.

This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in multi-family residential construction working alongside a team passionate about building A Better Home. If you are passionate about making homes better, we'd love to connect.

Who You Are

You have 2+ years of experience in the construction industry, or related field, with post-secondary education in Construction Management or Architectural and Building Technology from BCIT.

You have a passion for quality and great design. You know how to read construction drawings and specifications and understand the construction process.

You get things done. You are organized and detail orientated. You like working in a fast-paced environment and engaging with a multi-disciplinary team.

Finally, you're a team player who brings out the best in others. You are proactive and positively engage in building a great culture at work.
