Pfaff Automotive Partners, now proudly partnered with Lithia & Driveway, North America's largest automotive retailer, is seeking a P&C Partner to join our growing team This role plays a critical part in shaping our workforce and supporting our continued success.
About the Role
The People & Culture Partner serves as a strategic recruiting and talent advisor, supporting leaders in identifying, hiring, and developing high-impact talent across Lithia & Driveway. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing, bench strength, and succession planning while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience aligned with our culture and values.
Talent Acquisition, Management & Workforce Planning (60%)
- Support the recruiting team by sourcing and closing roles as directed by the assigned HR Business Partner
- Build bench strength through professional development, succession planning, and succession management initiatives
- Identify and map internal high-potential talent and develop strategies to support their continued growth within Lithia
- Support the identification and mapping of top external talent and develop attraction strategies for Lithia & Driveway
- Provide guidance and recommendations related to team growth, reductions, or organizational restructuring
- Proactively develop solutions to enhance employer branding, including talent marketing and social media content
Team Member Engagement & Retention (30%)
- Partner with leaders to strengthen working relationships, improve morale, increase productivity, and drive retention
- Coach and support high-potential team members in the development of individualized career plans
- Assist in the design and execution of team member reward and recognition programs
- Partner cross-functionally to develop strategies that reduce attrition among high-performing team members
- Promote and support a proactive, inclusive workplace culture and assist in mitigating employee relations risks
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to create tools and resources that accelerate new hire ramp-up time and reduce early turnover
- Identify training needs at both the business-unit and executive levels, including executive coaching support
Other Responsibilities (10%)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase awareness of business objectives, organizational plans, and company culture
- Engage in continuous learning related to HR initiatives, evolving business needs, and employment laws
- Operate as a member of the Lithia Motors, Inc. Human Resources Group while partnering closely with leaders and team members across the organization
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Training, or a related field preferred
- Experience in training, employee development, and performance management
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High-energy, results-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
