We're partnering with a leading real estate company in Toronto, and they are seeking a talented Senior Property Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to head the property management from their corporate head office in midtown Toronto and join an in-house team that values initiative, collaboration, and tenant satisfaction.

About the Role:

As Senior Property Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations and tenant relationships, ensuring every site is running smoothly and every tenant feels supported. From conducting site inspections and managing service providers to handling tenant requests and coordinating with internal teams, you'll be based in the head office but in regular contact with ensuring properties are well-maintained, issues are addressed quickly, and communication is seamless.

You'll partner with the in-house property accounting team for budgeting and financials so you can stay focused on what you do best—delivering operational excellence and building strong tenant connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of a commercial retail portfolio in the in the GTA and surrounding areas
  • Conduct regular property inspections and manage all maintenance and service requests
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and respond to issues with a proactive, service-first approach
  • Coordinate with internal construction on build-outs and project work
  • Collaborate with the property accounting team on budgets and financial reporting and asset management
  • Maintain property standards, track vendor performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
  • Report directly to senior leadership on site activity, tenant concerns, and operational updates
