Here's what we need from you (example):

Be a Qualified and Licensed Plumber.
Hold a clean and valid G License.
Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices.
Honest and trustworthy.
Experience with both residential construction and service work is essential.
Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
Great people skills both with fellow teammates and customers.
