About the Role: 

Shape product destiny through strategic channel positioning As Product Manager, you'll own your product categories while developing winning channel strategies that turn partners into profit drivers. From pricing optimization to market positioning, you'll orchestrate product success across our wholesale ecosystem.

What You'll Own:

• Channel Strategy Mastery: Develop and execute product strategies that maximize wholesale channel performance and partner profitability
• Portfolio Power: Manage complete product lifecycle including inventory optimization, strategic pricing, and commercial positioning
• Partner Success: Enable channel partners through technical training, product expertise, and sales acceleration tools
• Market Intelligence: Leverage deep technical knowledge of Australian markets, competitors, and industry standards to drive strategic decisions
• Growth Catalyst: Analyze performance data and market trends to identify breakthrough opportunities and optimize channel strategies
• Technical Leadership: Serve as the go-to expert for customers, suppliers, and sales teams while supporting front-line technical solutions
  
   

About You:

• Proven product management experience with a hunger for channel strategy and wholesale market dynamics
• Electrical Engineer, Trade-Qualified Electrician, or equivalent industry experience with a passion for product success
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and general software applications
• Collaborative innovator who thrives on problem-solving and strategic thinking
• Ready to travel and drive results across diverse markets
