Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of creative solutions across all brand touchpoints while maintaining strong brand consistency and integrity
• Partner closely with Marketing, Communications, Sales, Events, Retail, Roundhouse, Beau's Brewery, and other internal teams to deliver thoughtful, on-brand creative work
• Act as a senior creative voice on projects, providing direction and feedback
• Collaborate with the brand team to evolve existing brand systems and develop new visual identities, guidelines, and assets from the ground up
• Conceptualize and produce a wide range of print and digital deliverables, including (but not limited to): Posters, sell sheets, packaging, merchandise, vehicle wraps, websites, eCommerce assets, presentations, social media assets, digital signage, online advertising, etc..
• Create custom illustrations and light animations as required to support brand storytelling
• Confidently present creative concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and constructively challenging ideas when needed
• Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to quote projects, place purchase orders, and ensure high-quality production outcomes
• Prepare files for prepress and print production, ensuring accuracy across colour, die lines, and supplier specifications
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
• Contribute to brainstorming and concept development sessions to continually push the visual identities of our brands
• Stay current on design, packaging, and digital trends and proactively share insights with the Creative and Marketing teams
• Maintain organized design files, asset libraries, and documentation to support team efficiency and scalability

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, spending 1 to 2 days per week in our offices and remaining days working remotely

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per year. The salary will reflect your experience, skills and perspective you bring to the role. Throughout the interview process we take a thoughtful and transparent approach to compensation, balancing market data, internal equity and the impact that you'll have on our business

Skills and Experience:

• College or University degree in Graphic Design (preferred)
• 7+ years of professional design experience, ideally within an in-house creative team or agency environment
• Proven ability to lead projects independently from concept to completion
• Strong conceptual thinker with a refined sense of typography, layout, colour, and brand systems
• Deep understanding of graphic production processes, including prepress, print finishes, and die lines
• Solid knowledge of photography with the ability to edit and retouch imagery
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and experience giving and receiving feedback
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Mac platform)
• Illustration and/or animation (GIFs, motion) skills are an asset
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative by nature
