Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic production environment and is passionate about safety, quality, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop production employees
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment regulations
  • Monitor production schedules, output, and performance indicators
  • Work closely with management, maintenance, quality, and R&D teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in chemical manufacturing is considered a strong asset
