Your Role
As the Parts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our repair services. You will manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of spare parts, collaborating closely with suppliers, technicians, and internal teams. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a technical background and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Relations: Build strong relationships with suppliers for timely parts ordering and delivery.
- Inventory Management: Track and maintain optimal stock levels to ensure parts availability.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections on received parts; manage returns or replacements if needed.
- Documentation: Oversee purchase orders, contracts, and invoices to support smooth operations.
- Support for Technicians: Help identify parts using schematics and technical specifications.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in parts management, procurement, or a technical field (automotive, HVAC, etc.).
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read schematics and identify parts accurately.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in addressing part availability and quality issues.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong documentation and inventory management.
- Communication: Effective at working with suppliers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
