Job Description:

Next Alutech is seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join our team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines and various metal fabrication equipment. Your role is crucial in ensuring the quality of both the products and the equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand blueprint designs.

  • Set up and operate machinery for production.

  • Measure and verify all calculations prior to setting up the machinery.

  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

  • Complete routine maintenance of the machinery.

  • Utilize vernier calipers and basic hand tools or power tools effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating and setting up CNC machinery.

  • Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and good math skills.

  • Keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or diploma in engineering or a relevant discipline is a plus.

  • Overtime and weekend work will be required.
