Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic production team. This role is essential in supporting manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining efficient operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in manufacturing or related technical fields is a plus, but we also welcome motivated entry-level applicants eager to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
  • Support process engineering team in developing, testing, and improving manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct quality inspections, measurements, and testing using gauges and precision tools.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist with equipment calibration and maintenance schedules.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and SOPs.
  • Monitor production output, record data, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S).
  • Maintain documentation and prepare reports as required.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of manufacturing or industrial technician experience

(Adjust based on employer needs)

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related technical roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving production processes.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
