Overview

Just Temptations is a Canadian wedding/custom cakes and desserts company based in the GTA. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical sales experience, and the ability to negotiate effectively, and will be highly sociable. If you are passionate about sales, customer service, we invite you to join our team. Starting salary is $40,000 with commission's being a key part of the pay structure

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Obtain sales via appointments, cold-calling, emails, follow up's, etc.
  • Ensuring marketing team is creating content and daily social media posts are occurring.
  • Creating content for social media when required.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
  • Participate in trade shows to engage potential clients and expand the customer base.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance.

  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong account management skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to create Instagram content.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Being highly sociable will help in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
