Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Toronto, ON for a professional specializing in bathroom remodels, housing additions, and basement renovations. The individual in this role will manage and execute residential renovation projects, including preparing construction plans, performing skilled labor, coordinating on-site activities, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Additional responsibilities include working closely with clients to bring their vision to life while adhering to safety protocols and industry regulations. Communication with team members and subcontractors is essential to maintain workflow and project efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills in construction, including demolition, framing, plumbing, and electrical work
  • Experience in project management, planning, and adherence to timelines
  • Proficiency in working collaboratively with clients and a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and high standards of craftsmanship
  • Attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve effectively under tight schedules
  • Experience in bathroom remodels, housing additions, and basement renovations is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in construction or renovation, along with trade certifications, is advantageous
  • A valid driver's license and access to transportation is required
